03 / The active void

Most craft sake packaging piles on the heritage, or strips back so far it reads as mass-produced.

I wanted the calligraphy and the restraint both, on black glass. The outside is hand-painted and loud. The inside is a strict grid that absorbs the light, and the gap between them is the point.
